Hello CAM application platform is developed and promoted by Guangzhou Candid Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CandidTech”), registered address: Building B8, Huachuang Anime Industrial Park, 9 Huateng Road, Jinshan Village, Shiji Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou City.
Before using our products and services, please read and understand the policy carefully. Pay special attention to our bold/bold underlined articles to make sure you fully understand and agree. We will explain to you the terminologies involved hereunder in expressions as simple and plain as possible for the convenience of your understanding.
The application (Hello CAM) respects and protects the personal privacy of all users. To provide you with more accurate and more personalized services, the application will use and disclose your relevant information in accordance with the privacy policy. Nonetheless, the application will treat such information with high diligence and prudence. Without your prior permission, the application will not disclose such information or provide it for a third party. The application will update the policy from time to time and inform users through push notification. Upon agreeing to use the services of the application, you are deemed as agreeing to all contents of the privacy policy.
1.1 Upon signing up for “Hello CAM” application, you need to provide us with the account name, password, cell phone number, and email address you prepare to use. The application will retrieve the following accesses to user’s cell phone automatically or as the user chooses:
1.1.1 Access to user’s cell phone mobile data and Wi-Fi for the purpose of network connection of “Hello CAM” application.
1.1.2 Access to user’s cell phone album for the purpose of reading, modifying, or deleting content from user’s SD card.
1.1.3 Access to user’s map function for the purpose.
1.2 User’s application information will exist and be used as the general overview data of the user group without link between behavioral information and specific user.
1.3 We might share your personal information with our related parties. Nonetheless, we share only necessary personal information for the purpose declared hereunder only. If our related parties intend to change the purpose of processing of personal information, they will ask for your authorization again.
2.1 In the following cases, the application will disclose your personal information entirely or partially based on your free will or the laws:
2.1.1 Disclose to a third party with your prior consent;
2.1.2 Mandate to share your personal information with third parties for the purpose of providing the products and services you ask for;
2.1.3 Disclose to a third party or administrative or judicial organ pursuant to relevant legal stipulations or requirements from administrative or judicial organ;
2.1.4 Disclose to a third party when you violate relevant Chinese laws and regulations or the service agreement or relevant rules of the application;
2.1.5 User instigates ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination, or undermines ethnic unity;
2.1.6 Disclose to the respondent as the respondent asks, if you are an eligible intellectual property complainant and has filed a complaint, for the convenience of treatment between you and the respondent;
2.1.7 Disclose when the application believes appropriate pursuant to the laws, regulations, or website policies.
To provide you with better product and service experience, we will keep improving our products, services, and technologies. When the new service and business process changes, we might update our privacy policy to inform you about the specific changes. Nonetheless, without your express consent, we will not restrict the rights you are entitled to in accordance with the policy. We will announce any change we’ve made on the policy on a special page.
We will provide more notable notice for significant changes.
The significant changes hereunder include but are not limited to:
3.1 Significant change of business pattern of products and services, such as purpose of processing personal information, type of personal information processed, and mode of using personal information;
3.2 Change of subject of privacy policy arising from business adjustment or M&A, and change of original purpose or mode of processing by the new receiving subject;
3.3 Change of primary subject of personal information sharing or disclosure;
3.4 Significant change of rights of user’s personal information and way of exercise of rights;
3.5 Change of contact information and complaint channel of the person in charge of personal information protection;
Notice we send to you shall be deemed as served upon successful sending if it is written notice we send by electronic way, including but not limited to issue of announcement in the application, text message sent to the cell phone number you provide, email sent to the email address you provide, system message and BBS information sent to your account; shall be deemed as served on the fifth natural day after being mailed to the mailing address you provide if it is written notice in paper form.
